Hi, BSc in physical science is like a normal Non Medical Bsc and includes Physics ,Chemistry and Maths as core subjects every semester.
B.Sc Instrumentation is a 3-year undergraduate course with two semesters being covered each year. It is a full time course meant for students passing class 12th examination in Science stream with subjects – Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The minimum percentage required to seek admission into the course differs from college to college. However, minimum 55% in aggregate is required in compulsory subjects along with one language subject.

As per your query I would glad to tell you that both the colleges of delhi university are quite good and have good teaching faculty but if we talk about the environment of studies then you should go with shivaji college , their are many cultural fests held every year in Shivaji college for students and have very good infrastructure so it is a good option
