That depends on where do you want to work after BSc. If after completing BSc you are getting into an institute like homi bhabha, TIFR or BARC....you can do your masters and PhD there itself as its not difficult to get phd guides there otherwise it is difficult

Since in the above question the net electric field at the corner is zero and we know that

F=q*E

Where E is the electrical field, F is the force and q is a charge so the force will be zero as the net electrical field is zero.
