As for your question, it is a good option for M.Sc. as there are ample amount of opportunities available and

If you have OBC and have aggregate of 60% the then you are eligible but if have it below than this then you are not eligible. But if you are SC/ST then you would have  been eligible for AIIMS .

Other than IITs and BIT'S there are various colleges which includes various NIT's and other private institute but the list below is top 5

1. IISC, Bangalore (through Boards, JEE, KVPY)
2. IISER (Same as above)
3. NISER (through NEST)
4. St. Xavier, Calcutta & Presidency University. (Boards & Entrance, respectively)
5. University

Hii both of these subjects maths as well as physics have own scope in their own realms.Like in mathematics after graduation you can give bank exam or for ssc,you can even do msc in statistics from a prestigious college to be a data analyst,and you can do a ca cousre

My suggestion is to for a day only one topic and give 100 efforts you can get good marks

Best book for physics is for practice or reading for the theory as well as neet understanding then go for college prescribed text book

yes that is very much sufficient for you to score above 95% in boards but make sure you do everything properly because physics paper is tough & tricky as compared to other subjects

Every chapter is equally important. 

I suggest you to divide the hours of two days in such a way that the chapters that you find a bit difficult have more hours than the chapters that you find easy. 

The important chapters in Physics are linked with other chapters at conceptual
