Yes, NCERT is a book from which nearly 75-80% of the questions come from for the biology section.

But to score 300+ from just NCERT is tough as you will require serious dedication to that subject as well as all the topics in them.

Yes ofcourse these subjects will affect your eligibility in every university and college. For pursuing CS you will have to choose either of the 2 i.e B.Tech Computer Science or B.Sc Computer Science.
