Are you asking for NEET Entrance Exam? If yes then the mostly syllabus of NEET Entrance exam is based on class 11th & 12th, If you are well prepared with that then you can easily cover the whole syllabus of the exam as it will make strong your basic foundation.

I do lots of solutions practice in physics but I did not get good result. What should I do?

Becaus eyou have not ubderstood fundamental clearly so focus on formuale and concepts first from books like HC verma and NCERt. 

Go for group studies and solve out all doubts and thwn appear for mpck exams. 

Make short notes and revise it daily. 

Solve all numericals for practice and analyse

No need to worry about the Physics part in JEE mains , if you have completed your preparation of Physics with NCERT and last year papers then it is good and if you are interested to move on HCV or I E IRODOV then it will be good
