For General category the eligibility is 50% in aggregate for PCB subjects. Since you have 54% in aggregate, you are eligible for NEET.

As per the eligibility you should have minimum 50% PCB aggregate score to apply for NEET Entrance Exam. At the time of counselling you should have your clear report.
