It depends on your interest completely. If you wish to pursue degree course like B.Sc Physics or B.Sc Chemistry then both the courses are decent courses and after completion of the course you can opt for post graduation.

Assuming you are asking about NEET exam, NEET question paper will be of 720 marks. Total number of questions are 180 (45 questions from Physics, 45 questions from Chemistry and 90 questions from Biology section).
