you can go for btech CSE or Mechatronics.You can also go for graduation in Bsc agriculture.These are emerging courses these days with good placements.I would suggest you to pursue such courses from LPU which is one among top universities of India and offers both national and international opportunties.

Yes a direct course is available in the college IIST(Thrivunthapuram).
There is nothing as such important topics, you have to cover the whole syllabus to score good marks in the examination. Paper pattern will be same as it was in the board examination.
