Hello,
I will recommend you to start from basuc book i.e NCERT.This will help you to make your all concepts clear by practicing it.
After it you can refer to books like op tondon and Rc mukherjee for chemistry, rd sharma and arihant for mathematics and hc verma for physics.Practice
