This depends on your interest as in which branch you are more interested. Clearly IIT guwahati is better institute than goa but electrical is better branch than engineering physics. I will suggest engineering physics at IIT guwahati.

Hello Sam, Yes there is a minimum marks criteria for kcet ranking, you should have an aggregate of 45% in three subjects in the qualifying exam. IF you have scored less in your chemistry paper, then instead of chemistry biology, biotechnology, computer science would be considered for aggregate marks.
