yes you can do B.sc physics if u dont have maths as a subject in 10+2.

basic qualification is pass percentage in 10+2 with subjects regarding science stream i.e physics,chemistry,english,maths/biology.

Only some IITs offer a B. Sc. degree in Physics. However many of them instead offer a B. Tech degree in Engineering Physics. Some others offer a combined BS-MS degree in physics. Whatever be the programme, you have to secure admission through the JEE Advanced itself.

Dear Siddharth,
There is no qualifying marks in any particular section in NEET. The qualifying criteria is on total marks one secure out of 720. You just need an overall score above the cutoff to qualify.
