yes you can do B.sc physics if u dont have maths as a subject in 10+2.
basic qualification is pass percentage in 10+2 with subjects regarding science stream i.e physics,chemistry,english,maths/biology.
Only some IITs offer a B. Sc. degree in Physics. However many of them instead offer a B. Tech degree in Engineering Physics. Some others offer a combined BS-MS degree in physics. Whatever be the programme, you have to secure admission through the JEE Advanced itself.
