UPTU has nothing to do with your 12th percentage, what you need to do is to qualify and score good marks in the entrance exam conducted by upsee.You should score at least 450+ for government college.

The AIIMS exam is conducted on 26-27th May 2018. Since only one month is left, you should start revising NCERTs throughly. Along with this, solve chapterwise solved papers and previos year question papers.

Both Physics and Chemistry of TS EAMCET will comprise of 40 questions of 1 mark each. So they have equal weightage. The maximum weightage however will be carried by Mathematics - 80 1 mark questions.
