Yes, you can pursue quantum physics in IITs. This course will be in the postgraduate courses of physics and astrophysics. Then you can pursue doctoral in quantum physics.

The syllabus of class 11th & 12th is very important for further entrance exam so I would suggest you to cover the complete syllabus as it will help you for the basis concepts of the subjects. Don't prefer the shortcuts in class 11th.
