You can make a separate formula book for all the chapters of Physics. This will help you in revising each and every chapter in shortest period. Also if you have formulas very clearly learnt, then you will be able to solve questions quickly.

For taking admission in BAMS, one must have completed their Class 12 or equivalent examination with science subjects ( Physics , Chemistry and Biology ) and English from a recognised board. And for a general category candidate an aggregate of 50% in their Class 12 Board examination is required.

As you have got 96 percentile in jee mains, I congratulate you.Thapar Institute's previous cutoff cutoff was 95 percentile so can't tell because cutoff changes every year.
