See it would be okay because there is no any sectional cut-off for JEE-Main but it would be disadvantageous for you as well because if there will be any candidate having score equal to you but he performed all the three sections then he would be getting rank

see if you want to take admission in a government college than your board physics, chemistry and maths marks doesn't matter a lot. you have to face a comparative exam to get a seat in that college.
