You will be declared as passed. If you fail in a main subject then your main subject gets considered as the additional subject and additional subject becomes the main subject. However, you can’t take admission in ug coures for failed subjects.

You don't have any other option than to choose PCB(Physics Chemistry Biology) or PCBM(Physics Chemistry Biology Mathematics) both of which have Physics , if you really want to study biology and want a future in this field you have pursue Physics also at least till class 12.
