This is because,

Though you are doing BSc but you don't have physics in your bsc,  so your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology/biotechnology remains your 10+2

In JEE advance pass mark required in each subject is serparately for paper 1 and 2 or combinedly for both? If My son got Physics 40, Chmistry 18 and Maths 28. Total marks 86. Can he get seat in any IIT? What rank he will get (OBC NCL)?

Hope you are doing great there . I am sorry to say this but chances are a bit low for admission in IIT with 86 marks . I would suggest you to wait for the counselling process to happen and participate actively in that .

The eligibility of PGD in Medical Laboratory Technology is to have pursued a BSC in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or any other equivalent subjects with a minimum of 40% marks. See to get into Indian Air Force, you need to appear for Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) and you can be eligible for admission to flying branch on the basis of AFCAT score even with degree of BA but for that you need to clear Section A
