upto now there is no such reservation for students studying in rural areas. there is no such reservation in any state.

But if you successfully get admission in a government college, you may get scholarships based on the salary of your parent.

Every state has CET, if you are pointing to Maharashtra CET then since introduction of NEET they have not made it compulsory, meaning you can choose one of it depending on what you want to pursue as it is mainly for engineering ,pharmacy and agriculture courses.
