I am interested in computer science bachelors and and I am in 11th standard pursuing computer science with the physics chemistry and mathematics. I have a doubt whether if biology is compulsory and can i get a computer science bachelor by qualifying KVPY??

If are going to give KVPY SA, then yes it is compulsory and leaving biology section will cost you marks. But if you are giving KVPY SX/SB, then you're allowed to choose subjects and you can conveniently leave biology or any other section you wish to. Basically in

For studying biology in college, your daughter needs to opt for Science stream in class 11th.

The subject choice which she can fill is- Biology+ Physics+ Chemistry+ English+ any other optional subject like Mathematics/Hindi/Computer Science/ Physical Education.
