You are completely fine with your marks in PCB i.e physics chemistry and Biology.

But,

What is your aggregate marks in class 12th?

This is important because to check your eligibility for ICAR UG examination your aggregate percentage in class 12th is considered and not only  aggregate in PCB

Actually, the topics you mention in the question contain almost the same weightage in the JEE Mains exams. Although I don't recommend you to leave some chapters and read some, if you go weightage wise, all are same.

Actually there is two ways to join Indian defence Force to serve country, one is through examinations like NDA and CDs and another is through direct entry;i.e. 10+2 BTech entry, UES Navy, NCC special entry.

You should have to  pass your 10 plus 2 level with science subjects
