No you are not eligible .You need to have the following degrees in order to be eligible as Medical Physists

(i) A post graduate degree in Physics from a recognized university;

(ii) A Post M.Sc. diploma in radiological/medical physics from a recognized university;

To calculate your marks for class 12 you need to consider the best 5 scores,  i.e. consider any 5 subjects in which you got highest marks but English is mandatory to be considered. So you need to consider your marks in English and other 4 subjects in which

• Language

• Mathematics

• Physics

• Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject

• Any other subject

You need the income and resident certificate during the time of counselling process and not during the application or registration time.but if you dont have them now make sure you apply as soon as possible and keep them ready to reduce worrisome.and you need to have income certificate
