No you are not eligible .You need to have the following degrees in order to be eligible as Medical Physists

(i) A post graduate degree in Physics from a recognized university;

(ii) A Post M.Sc. diploma in radiological/medical physics from a recognized university;

if one takes physics, chemistry, maths, bioligy, english and physical education, then the marks of which subjects are considered for calculating the percentage ? Its only 5 subjects or all the 6 subjects are counted in cbse 12 board ?

To calculate your marks for class 12 you need to consider the best 5 scores,  i.e. consider any 5 subjects in which you got highest marks but English is mandatory to be considered. So you need to consider your marks in English and other 4 subjects in which

Dear student,

Yes, definitely you are eligible for jee mains.
The eligibility criteria of jee mains says that students should have 5 subjects in class 12th boards examination:

  • Language

  • Mathematics

  • Physics

  • Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject

  • Any other subject
