Yes, you need to add your practical marks with your theory/subject marks to get total score out of 100 in a particular subject in 12th class. You can also check your 12th class scoresheet, there must be a column of theory, column of practical marks and then the addition

No you are not eligible for NEET if you belongs to General category because as per the eligibility criteria of NEET the candidate should have passed class 12th/PUC with Physics, Biology and Chemistry as mandatory subjects and also he/she should have minimum aggregate of 50% separately in theory
See it's quite difficult to tell you that how many marks exactly you would get if you practice questions from aforesaid books because it depends upon the aspirant, how he/she prepares or practice the questions and depending upon only one book for NEET which is single largest national
Very first thing I would like to make you clear that there is no sectional cut-offs for NEET so if you score 150 marks only in Biology but 0 marks in other two subjects then also your overall result will be considered for 150 marks out of 720

You can actually go for either of the options i. e giving examination of Physics and Chemistry in which you have failed or giving examination of all the five subjects. In both the cases you will be eligible for Neet examination as private candidates are eligible for Neet 2021
