I did BSc Honours in Physics from Calcutta University. If i want to calculate overall/aggregate percentage, do i need to consider marks of all general subjects besides honours subject?? Or, I have to take into account only the honous marks to calculate the overall/aggregate percentage?

No, according to latest CBCS system your pass marks will also be calculated in overall SGPA, out of 10 Credits.

Since 2018, CBCS System has taken place. According to CBCS, Hons has same value as your Pass.

Before that CU had 1+1+1 system, where aggregate was based only on Hons

Generally, as per the eligibility criteria , candidate must have cleared 10+2 with physics, mathematics/biology and english as compulsory subjects for bsc physics. The eligibilty criteria for Bsc physics  is that the candidate must have passed class 10+2 level board examination with physics,mathematics/biology and english as compulsory subjects .The admission to colleges in Bsc course is purely merit based and admission are taken on the screening of board marks.
