I assume you are asking for jee main exam, see at this rank you have less chances for government colleges let along nits, iiits . nits has 85% seats are reserve for domicile candidates. however cutoff score changes every year and depends on certain factors like number of candidates
see the eligibility criteria for master of science in physics is candidates must have completed bachelors degree in physics (prefered in most of the university) with atleast duration of 3 years from a recognized university. however the marks criteria of bachelors course may differ Institute wise. admission to msc

So,yes u can do as most of the universities have physics as extra departmental/ pass course for u to study physics as ur msc. Alternatively u can apply for msc statistics also.So,I hope this answer will be useful for u.

Sorry to inform but physics is compulsory for applying for any medical exam in India. You can apply for MBBS in abroad colleges. You can also drop the idea of pursuing MBBS and go for other bachelor programmes.

The eligibilty criteria for NEET is that candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Candidates who are appearing for the class 12 or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply for NEET 2020.
