see generally when you start a particular module you have to start from the first chapters of that module, unless you face difficulty if you do not have the previous concept. for example like modern physics , this chapters has digital logic design and explanation of diode, transistor etc.

Both universities are well knowned private universities and have high fees but provide good infrastructure and teaching facilities.
Speaking from research point of view chandigarh university has an upper hand as you have to make your research projects multiple times in your degree course but amity  is as well

Your bsc is not taken in account to consider your neet eligibility , it is only your class 12 th subjects and marks which matters when it comes to neet eligibility criteria .
