if you want to take admission in Delhi University than their student you must calculate for the best four subjects and not for the best three subjects. you must add one language subject while calculating the best 4 subjects to get admission into Delhi University for BSC

To score good marks in physics you should work on your basics make your concepts strong. You can follow NCERT book for your preparation. Refer previous year questions to understand the level of the questions asked in the exam.

No, you cannot include physical education in place of physics for getting admission in B. Sc. Life Sciences in Delhi University. Physics, Chemistry and Biology are compulsory subjects which you will have to include while calculating your merit.
