I belong to general category I have scored 35 marks in chemistry, 35 in physics & 90 in biology in my 12 exam . will I face any problem during document verification , counseling in neet ?

see I suggest you to appear in the compartment exam and clear the supplementary subject. in some of the education board the pass certificate is provided based on best of 5 marks., however when you go for recruitment exam form filling you have to submit the 12th pass certificate

see IITs btech admission is based on jee advance score. however you must get the qualifying marks in jee main exam to become eligible for jee advance exam. how jee main and jee advance exams syllabus is based on physics, chemistry and mathematics and you must have three subjects
