I got 57 in Physics 54 in Biology and 37 in Chemistry so my pcb % is 49.3. but Ive got +2 grace marks so with that grace marks my % becomes 50%. Am I eligible for NEET ?

You don't need to worry about your grace marks what matters is that you have passed your chemistry examination  , Grace marks will be considered.

Now , your aggregate in PCB with grace marks in 50 % thus you are eligible for Neet examination as you satisfy Neet eligibility
