Hello there,
The eligibility criteria of NEET states that the candidates need to pass  their 10+2 level from a recognised board, scoring atleast 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. For the reserved categories, it is 40% aggregate.

Now in your case, it is 55% aggregate. Hence, you are eligible

The basic eligibility criteria for JEE Mains examination want a person should have at least 75% (general category) in his/her class 12th with physics, chemistry and mathematics as a compulsory subject if you don't have then still a person can appear for JEE Mains but the above eligibility criteria

Divide the subjects as per your comfort. It you can do all 3 subjects equally in a day then do that OR do one subject each day and keep rotating.. Anything which you're comfortable with.

Hello student yes Grace marks are included in total marks so if you're aggregate percentage of physics chemistry and biology is 50 percent then you're eligible.

NEET eligibility criteria - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry biology with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized board.
