There is no upper limit on the age as of now for the NEET exam so if you are interested in becoming the doctor then you can give the NEET exam.

The miniumum required percentage in 10+2 is 50% in PCB.

see IIST bangalore has btech courses in engineering physics, however it would be best for physics research works if you do bsc in physics , then you need to do msc in physics, after that you may go for phd in indian colleges or abroad, engineering course is related
