You should have PCB to appear for NEET. There is no rule per say, that you have to attend all 3 sections in NEET compulsorily. However, skipping the entire Physics section won't be a wise decision. It makes up 1/4th of the total syllabus, and you should consider it

You can sure do an M.Sc in Physics first, and then go for a specialization, i.e PhD in Astrophysics. Infact, it also meets the eligibilty criteria for PhD.
