Exam center is given by the organizing body from the center options you give in application form. They try their best to give an option most possibly near to your given current address.

As of current situation of pandemic, it is not sure if they will conduct center test.

If you look at the previous years question papers for NEET, you will realise that the Physics section is not just formulae. It has theory based questions too. Out of 45 questions all 45 questions are not based on formulae You are given 3 hours for 180 questions which means

It doesn't depends upon your branch it depends upon the subject you studied and your privious degree score .

For MSc in physics eligibility criteria is if you have scored more than 55% or 5.5 CGPA and 50%  or 5 CGPA (for SC/ST category) in your privious degree
