Yes , you are eligible for NEET as long as you meet the minimum aggregate percentage in PCB required for your category:

General category: 50% in PCB

OBC/SC/ST: 40% in PCB

PWD (General category): 45% in PCB

Grace marks do not affect eligibility as long as your final marksheet
