Engineering physics involves a lot of quantum physics and nuclear physics which is not involved in B.tech in Computer Science. Dear student!
You can apply for MSc artificial intelligence after completing BSc Physics but you should have mathematics as one of the  main subjects in your course.
The eligibity criteria states that the Candidate must have done graduation from a recognised university with atleast 55% marks.

to pass the subject you are suppossed to score separately 33 percent in both written exam and in practicals that is

You must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics/Biology, Physics and Chemistry with 75% overall aggregate marks and you have score 60% aggregate marks individually in Mathematics/Biology, Physics and Chemistry to be eligible to appear in BITSAT.
