see in general isro questions are from the core topics of any particular degree course, since msc recruitment is less you may not get any question answer book, I suggest you to follow the previous years papers which has been uploaded in the official website before commencement of exams.

to become eligible for neet exam you must have biology or biotechnology in 10+2 course, however you may enroll in nios and take biology to become eligible for neet. if you meet the eligibility criteria like qualifying marks for general category-50% aggregate in pcb, for sc/st/obc it is 40%.

I think yes, it is good for you. Just join any average or above average colleges in your local area for your BSc course, start working hard from day 1, crack IIT JAM and go for Msc in top IIT's. Isn't it cool.
