As per neet eligibility criteria you need to pass both the theory and practical examination of Physics, chemistry and biology separately.

You haven't mentioned whether you have passed in theory examination of Physics and chemistry  or not, you have just mentioned the aggregate marks including both theory and

OP Tandon is good for physical chemistry,but can't say the same for organic chemistry.

It is good for learning theory and new concepts but it doesn't have that much of good question bank for practice.

RS Aggarwal is also one of the popular book, but it is preferred

NCERT are the base of CBSE education system and NCERT is considered as a standard book for competitive exams like JEE, NEET, UPSEEE, and other.
So surely NCERT is good for any preparation.
These books are not so costly each would be around 160/-.
