Yes, you can do courses like B.sc or BA in colleges with other subject honors without physics.

If we talk about DU then the Percentage calculated for it is based on English+best three with might be any 3 three main subjects in class 12th since physics was optional  you

i currently have physics, chemistry , maths , English with computer science. i want to apply for NEET and am willing to take a drop year . if i have to do biology from NIOS or as private candidate, would i have to Apply only for biology or for other subjects ( English, physics, chemistry) as well ?
