Well even if you have given improvement exam but still you have passed that exam before and that is why you can fill any applicable form that you want and can sit for counseling if you are eligible for that. Just make sure to look out for other eligibility

CBSE usually does not reveal such information. Also, there isn't any grace marks given unless there's a mistake from their side, in the question paper. Question paper being hard or the Covid-19 pandemic does not have anything to do with the grace marks.

It's difficult to tell you the exact about the admission possibilities as cutoff varies every year. But as per the previous year cutoff the chances are less to get NIT Trichy M.Sc Physics, last year the cutoff was 1152 of third round for the programme.
