One of the most important tip I can give you is Don't answer any question which you are not hundred percent sure about. It is because even a difference of 1 mark can make your rank jump by 1000s. So if you give a wrong answer, you get negative point

According to NTA guidelines if you get an aggregate of 40% in PCB in your 12th standard you are eligible to write NEET UG exam.
As the average of PCB for you is 41.67% you are eligible to write the neet exam.

Admission to B.Sc Physics Hons. in University of Delhi is based on the percentage of marks secured in Physics, Chemistry and Maths in class XII.
No entrance exam is conducted for it.
So, follow the application process which is tentatively scheduled to be starting in April.
