As per I know a BSc graduated student can also apply for GATE examination. GATE requires only four years course .if you are a b.sc graduated student please take admission in MSC course. Complete one year in m.sc and after one year you can apply for GATE examination .

the answer is no because you need to have atleast a percentile of 50 in physics so that you can keep up the percentile if you score a percentile of 95 plus in both the maths and chemistry. try not to skip the chapters in physics take easy
