Your code must be 02.

Code 02 says that any candidate who have passed B.Sc examination with not less than two subjects and must include Biology/Biotechnology, Physics, Chemistry must choose code 02.You must have also passed 10+2 with Biology/Biotechnology, Physics, Chemistry and English.

Well the answer depends upon the ordinance of your institute.the general practice followed is 75% compulsory in all the institutes but is this is labs so maybe some other rules so you should check with your institute authority.
