No, you are not eligible since a B.Sc. graduate is not eligible for the GATE examination because this examination requires an eligibility criterion of minimum B.Tech or Engineering to appear for examination.
You can however, appear for GATE examination when you are in final year of MSc

Scoring 95 in physics is a tough tast but not a impossible one. To achieve it you have to really work hard. Keep your whole focus on HC Verma and NCERT Book they are sufficient enough.

No its not at all tough it just consist of the topics that we had covered in jee itsepf and during boards preparation but here its just in vast format consisting bjt , hall effects , MOSFET, all applications regarding semiconductors . Labs is not precisely taken
