It is mandatory that Physics be one of your main subjects and, not an additional subject, in order to be eligible for NEET UG.
Since, physics was your additional subject in Class 12 , yoi are not eligible for NEET UG.

Dear Pallavi, if NT-3 falls under ST Category, then you need to secure a minimum aggregate of 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. You should have passed your 10+2 in each subject and score an aggregate of 40% in these 3 subjects. Now you havent mentioned the required pass score
