Hi !

Yes , you are definately eligible for NEET because it's eligibility requirements states that one should score a minimum of 50% aggregate in these subjects. So , individual marks does not matter , only aggregate matters which is 50% for general and 40% for reserved categories.

You won't be able to get a seat in Msc physics at Osmania University. You should be in the top 200 people even with the reservation to get a seat in Osmania University. Your rank is not quite enough to get you a seat here.

Getting a mere 50 marks in physics won't help you much because students boost their scores with the help of Biology and Chemistry, but only with a good score in Physics can they get a good rank.

As per the eligibility criteria of NEET exam , the candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with physics , chemistry , biology/biotechnology and english as core subjects in both 11 and 12 classes from a recognized board and the minimum aggregate of marks in PCB is 50%
