If you are very interested in physics and mathematics then I feel that you should surely prepare for the JEE Mains which is the entrance examination for engineering.
Also you can choose architecture and undergo a B. Arch course.

In this situation I will be suggesting you to go for a renowned degree,though today B.Tech is not a renowned degree but if compare b.tech with bsc then I think you should go with B.Tech.

So at this point don't compare colleges instead look for your future opportunities.

According to me, you should go for CSE or IT branch because only in first year everyone needs to study physics and mathematics irrespective of branches and after that there is no need.
