The eligibility criteria for admission in B.Architecture. is of minimum 50% aggregate in Science (PCM) and your percentage is about 41.66% so it is really hard to get admission in any college.

In Ahmedabad medical colleges, M.D in radiology course is available, not B.Sc in Radiology. But in Gujrat, you can get this degree from other colleges.

first of all if you have passed your previous exams and then given the improvement exam then you need not to give compartment .but if you have failed in your boards then you cannot give the improvement exam . so use your previous result wherever is necessary and

Dear Sir / Ma'm, in the NEET, your total percentile and score is taken into concern and not that of an individual subject. Also, the percentile is given as a total and not of an individual subject. But as you have asked, 80 percentile is a not too good score.
