Is university of delhi conduct entrance exam for UG courses this year or only merit? Is DUET is for PG courses ?

Hey,
No Delhi University is not conducting entrance test for UG courses but they do conduct for some courses like bachelor's in economics, management studies.
But
DU vice-chancellor Yogesh Tyagi had said last December that the university might switch to the entrance-based admission process for undergraduate courses in 2019.

There are different eligibilty criterias for different universities, if you have subjects in 12th standard require for btech admission and qualifying all the eligibilty criterias of the  college of your interest, you surely may apply for btech admissions. Hope you get the information.

You can include any of three subjects out of the four subjects that you've mentioned but in the calculation of the best four score for selection in BSc. Physics in Delhi University, you need to add a language course (that is English) in your Best four score.

You cannot get admission in any iit or nit and any government engineering college but don't worry you can get admission in private colleges which you are aware of it or in any private college of india by paying donation like in thapar,chandigarh University, jss noida,Jaypee noida any private college

I think you can't get admission and you are not eligible. Because you won't get maths as passed subject. So how the colleges will admit you. Better apply for the repeat exams and write well then apply for colleges. It will help you in future.
