Regarding JEE Physics there is no shortcut if you think only formulas will let you score then it is not so. Even after knowing the formula you will not come to know where you should apply it until you are unclear with the subject.

your scores are really good. however every year cutoff changes and it depends on the questions difficulty level. last yer cutoff was for general category 96+ .
so as per last year score you have fair chances.
