This is depend on two things
1. Which college you want to take admission
2. Which category you belong.
If you want to take admission in NITs your overall percentage should be 75 or under top 20 percentile if you belong from general category. Many private college demands

The integrated courses in mathematics would closes before 50k rank in all NITs. Some of NITs offering it are surat patna etc..
So it seems you have very low chances for getting any seat for it in any college since your rank is very far away from 50k.
I see that you have got 5200 rank in obc category and you want to persue Msc in Physics from IIT Roorkee. But it is too much to get admission in IITR.

If you are a general category student it is not possible for you to get admission in Delhi University. Most of the colleges jad cut off more than 85% for this course. And your percentage is low compared to it. So ypur chances of getting admission are quite less.

yes integrated physics will be considered same as doing msc separately . first of all this course is definitely good for doing research as you will easily get into some phd program after this ,however if so not want to go for research then there are also lot
