Yes you are very much eligible to write BITSAT exam however it will be very difficult for you to get a seat in course of your choice since your PCM aggregate score is lesser than 75%. I do hope you have other options in your mind .

Yes you will. Separate cutoff lists are released for sikh minority and sgbt khalsa in one of the four colleges which gives 50% reservation to sikh candidates. According to previous year first cutoff for physics hons was 70. So this year even with a little increase you can easily get
For gettting Nit sikkim civil branch you need to get a rank at least below 40000. Last year closing rank for other state general category students for civil engineering branch was 39865 so it is quite impossible for you to get a seat in nit sikkim with this rank. But
